I cannot rename the Jotform documents

I can no longer rename Jotform documents. they are all just called Jotform. This is extremely inconvenient when I have several PDF's open at the same time and i have to open each one to find the one I want. And don't suggest that I rename them using your website. this was suggested to me but it is a ridiculous notion and something I don't have time for. i have complained before but no one has gotten back to me yet. i would like the old Jotform restored!! My boss said you have made other changes that are very very annoying for her.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share with us the URL of the form you are currently working on? You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.

If you want to rename the PDF documents generated from your submissions, you can easily do that in the PDF Editor. Let me show you how:

1. In PDF Editor, click on Gear icon to open PDF Settings.
2. Then, click on Pencil icon to change the PDF File Name or click on Form Fields to use a field as a filename.

i'm not currently working on a Jotform document. i don't know why you are asking that. Anyway, i certainly am NOT going to change the name of each Jotform document by uploading them to your website. all that work?? No way. Ridiculous to suggest it. when I change the name of a Jotform document and open it after, it is still called Jotform and does not have the name I gave it. this is unacceptable. why did you do this? so that clients HAVE to upload every document to your website? this is wrong. you are causing me extra work and I am looking for a Jotform alternative

Based from your screenshot it seems that these Jotform documents were integrated to third party tool, Can you confirm what tooled are you using for these documents so that we can check further?
