Is there a way to track the time from submission to approval?

Hi,

I have a form that requires several approvals, and I'd like to track how long each step is taking to see if we can improve the approval workflow. Is there a way to get a report on who approved what step and how long in days it took?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, there isn't a built-in tool to track the duration of each approval step. However, you can manually check the timing by reviewing each submission in the Inbox.

In the Inbox, you'll see who approved or denied the submission, along with a timestamp showing how long ago the action was taken if within the same day or the exact date if more than a day has passed. By comparing these date stamps between each step, you can estimate how long each stage took and identify which approver took the most or least time.
