Receiving message that I don't have permission to access my own assets

I tried to log into my account and got the attached screenshot notice that I don't have access to view my assets. When I was finally able to log into the account, all assets are gone and my account information is completely wiped. I cannot do or see anything.

I know my forms are still functional because I am still receiving incoming notifications when they are completed, but I cannot view the submissions or see anything at all.

I'm hoping someone can assist with this matter ASAP.

    Hi Jessica,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked, our system shows that there are assets under the account associated to the email address used to create this support ticket. Unfortunately, I couldn't see the screenshot you shared on my end. Can you try to send it again? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    Hi Jessica,

If you're seeing an Access Needed error when trying to access your form, it could be due to privacy settings or permission restrictions. Let me show you how to change your form's access setting:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Publish tab in the orange navigation bar.
    2. Under the Quick Share tab, hover your mouse over and click on the Settings button in the Share With Link field.
    3. Then, select the Public Form option in the Access Settings and click on the X icon.
