We want to know which plan would be the best to suit our needs?

We have form that requires a signature capture. The form would stay the same. We would create the form and share the link with reps who would secure the signatures from various customers. We need to know which plan would be the best to suit our needs.

Jotform's Starter, Bronze, Silver and the Gold plans are single user only. If you wish to add multiple members of the team on your plan, then you need to get an Enterprise plan. Here’s a summary of the monthly signed document limits per plan:

1. Starter Plan: 10 monthly signed documents
2. Bronze Plan: 100 monthly signed documents
3. Silver Plan: 250 monthly signed documents
4. Gold Plan: 1,000 monthly signed documents

If you expect to collect a high volume of signatures, you should choose a higher plan that accommodates your expected monthly signed documents. For more information what's included in each plan go to this page.

Would that still apply if we aren’t sending out invitations but going to the shared link or embedded link each time?
we essentially would have one link, and the form would be filled out about 500 times a month.

Yes, the Signed Documents limit still applies even if you didn't invite the signer of the form. If the Jotform Sign Automation is enabled on your form, then every submission on your form that has a Signature field will consume your Signed Documents limit. So what I would like to confirm is that the form link we generate or choose to embed that will be used many time by several different sales reps (about 30 different reps will use the form connected to the link) to secure a signature from the customer (we estimate securing about 600 names a month).

Based on this information, can you recommend the plan that would be the best fit?

Based on the requirements you shared, if you are expecting 600 monthly sign documents submission then you'll have to choose a Gold plan which can give you a 1,000 Signed documents submissions limit per month. So, this limit will reset every month. Let me explain each feature you requested:

1. Form Limit: A Form limit means the number of forms you can create and set as an active in your account. So, with the Gold plan, you get 100 Forms limits.
2. Monthly Submissions: A total number of form submission entries or imports you can have per month.
3. Monthly Form Views: A total number of times account wide your forms can be viewed.
4. Total Submission Storage: A maximum number of entries from all of your forms you can keep in your account. This storage can be freed once you purge those submission entries from the Tables.
5. Monthly Signed Documents: A total number of signing processes completed from all of your sign documents per month.
