I've been all over support forums but I can't figure this out. I'm trying to make a registration form for an event that has a different prices before July 22 and higher prices on or after July 22. There are multiple categories they can register for, and the prices are fixed. The only thing I've found is percentage, and I don't see a way to set multiple prices based on the date registered.

I've attached my paper registration form so you can see what I'm trying to do.

    Hi michiganauctioneers,

Unfortunately, this is not possible using the Product List, the Product List field does not currently support dynamic pricing based on dates. To do this, you will have to list the items using basic fields or widgets, assign calculation values, or prices, to each product. Add a date field in the form, and depending on the selected date, implement a calculation through Update/Calculate Field conditions to adjust the price. And, then you can pass the calculated price to the payment total field.

You can set up two sets of items in your form that show up depending on the date selected in the date picker. Each set can be shown or hidden based on that date, so users only see the prices that apply to their selection.

Product List: Set prices based on a particular date Screenshot 20 In this setup, there are two sets of items that show up based on the selected date. The items themselves are the same, it’s just the prices that change. That’s why they’re shown separately, so users can see the price difference depending on the date they choose. To make this work, you’ll probably need to set up basic form fields for each product and list every item with its different prices. If you have a long list of items, it might take a bit of time to build it all out.
