Regarding your questions about ending and minimizing the chatbot on your website, currently, there is no direct option to end a chat or explicitly minimize the chatbot interface once a user has finished interacting with it. The chatbot interface typically remains available for further interaction because the chat is session-based, unless the user navigates away or closes the browser tab.
If you want to provide a way for users to close or minimize the chatbot, you might consider adding custom code or controls on your website outside of Jotform's built-in chatbot features, but this would require web development beyond Jotform's standard settings.
