Hello the form submission received does not match the actual survey. specific to home address question on survey. The response form received says NEW home address. when it should only say Home Address. Thank you

It seems the submission shows "NEW home address" instead of just "Home Address." This could be due to how the form fields are labeled or how the data is entered. You can edit the submission directly in Jotform Tables to correct this. Simply find the entry, click to edit the address field, and update it to the correct label and content.
If you want respondents to update their submissions themselves, you can enable the edit link in your autoresponder email settings.

Hi Jorge,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me on the Notification Email. There is an easy fix for this, we just need to edit the Email Content of the Notification Email. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select Emails in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Hover your mouse right next to the Notification Email and click on the Pencil icon to edit.
- Scroll down to Email Content and remove the NEW - text and click on Save.
