Account Subscription: Questions on packages

A few questions below after looking at the packages:

• Monthly submissions
  - To confirm, is this how many people can reply per form or across all forms?
  - In the free version, what happens if more people than this try to submit?
  
• Available space
  - Again, what happens if the space is at capacity and someone tried to sumbit another submission?
• Submission storage
  - Again, what happens if the space is at capacity and someone tried to sumbit another submission?
• Agents vs. user
  - Could you confirm what each of these means?
• xxM characters
  - Could you confirm what this means?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me walk you through the details regarding your questions about our plans:

• Monthly submissions: This limit refers to the total number of submissions your entire account can receive across all forms each month, not per individual form. In the free (Starter) plan, if you exceed the monthly submission limit (100 submissions), your forms will be disabled and display a Form over quota message until the monthly limit resets, or you upgrade your plan.
• Available space: This is the total upload storage space your account has for storing files uploaded through your forms. For the free plan, this is 100 MB. If your upload space reaches capacity, new submissions with file uploads will be disabled, and your forms will show the Form over quota message until you free up space by deleting and purging submissions or upgrade your plan.
• Submission storage: This is the maximum number of submissions your account can keep stored. For the free plan, it is 500 total submissions. If you reach this limit, you will need to delete and purge older submissions to continue receiving new ones or upgrade your plan.
• Agents vs. users: Agents refer to AI Agents that can be active in your account, which are limited by your plan. Users typically refer to the number of people who can access or manage your account or team members. The free plan allows 1 user per team.
• xxM characters: This refers to the maximum total character count for knowledge base resources across all AI Agents in your account, including plain text, documents, Q&As, URLs, etc.
