How do I enter prompts to instruct the chatbot about how it will respond to user questions and how it will respond when the knowledgebase and the website does not have an answer to the question.
Train the bot with both a website and with an uploaded pdf.

To customize how the chatbot responds, you can train your AI agent using Jotform AI Builder. Here’s how:
- Click on Train in AI Builder.
- Go to Knowledge Base in the left panel.
- Add information by writing prompts or instructions that guide the chatbot's responses.
- Upload PDFs by selecting the PDF option and uploading your document, then describe how the agent should use it.
- Train with website URLs by adding links and letting the AI crawl the content.
- Save your changes to update the knowledge base.
This way, the chatbot will respond based on your instructions and the knowledge provided. If the knowledge base or website lacks an answer, you can set custom fallback responses in the prompts you add.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can train your AI Agent to understand your business even better by adding specific details about your products, services, and processes. Adding information to your AI Agent's Knowledge Base is easy. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Train.
2. Now, click on Add New Knowledge.
3. Enter accurate details that your AI Agent can use to provide the best responses. This includes your Company Overview, Product features, Pricing, Policies, FAQs, and any other key information customers may ask about.
4. Now, click on Save at the bottom of the page, and you're all set.

For the unknown question, they may need to ask for more details from the user to understand their needs exactly. You can check the unanswered questions to train your agent properly:
- In AI Agent Builder, click on Settings on the upper right corner next to your avatar.
- Under the Notifications tab, Toggle the Get Emails When Your Agent Needs Answers to ON
- Select the period to send the unanswered question to your email.
