Need help with creating a form that can meet our business requirements

We have an internal quality checklist which includes a substantial amount of tasks which need to be carried out throughout the duration of an engagement. The checklist is to be filled in by the three members of the engagement which would vary from one engagement and another. Currently this process is manual and we would like to digitize it. We would like to check whether Jotform meets our business requirements in this regards.
