Hello. I hope this email finds you well.
I am having trouble setting up the PayPal feature for my NAACP Membership application and need help connecting it properly. Can someone provide support to help with this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and found that the error you are encountering is due to PayPal not being properly connected. To accept payments, you must use a Business PayPal account. It’s easy to Integrate PayPal Business payment gateway with Jotform. Let me walk you through it:
- Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- In the Form Elements menu, click on the Payments tab, and select PayPal Business.
- In the menu on the right side of the page, click on Connect.
- In the window that opens, enter the necessary information and connect your PayPal account with your form.

Thanks for the instructions. I only see PayPal and Paypal Standard. Should I select one of these options?

Hi Felecia,
Here's how to set up PayPal integration on Jotform to take credit card payments:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the left side of the page.
- Click on the Payments tab.
- Select PayPal Personal from the list of payment integrations.
- Click on the Connect button in the PayPal integration window.
- You must have a PayPal business account to use the PayPal integration and collect money through your Jotform payment forms. Log in to your PayPal Business account to connect it.
- If you want to take credit card payments directly on your form, you can toggle on the Show Debit or Credit Card option. Ensure that you have a verified PayPal Business account; otherwise, your form will display an error message that says "Hosted Fields Are Not Eligible". You can learn more about this in the guide about PayPal: Activate Business Account.
- Configure your payment settings, including the currency and other options.
- Click on Save to apply the integration.
