    Hi,

Hit a bit of a user problem. I have an embedded form in which I need payment details shared.

Right now users can Submit the Main form even when they have not submitted the Embedded Form.

Is there a way to Hide the Final Submit Application button?

To work around it I have put i instructions but ideally would want it to look cleaner and be foolproof

    Hi Gautam,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and there is no trigger to submit the main form after submitting the form inside the iFrame widget. I would suggest that you add all the fields that needs entry in your embedded form while the main form would only ask the user to select the payment method they would like to use. With this, you would just need a submit button inside the embedded form. You may check out this guide on how to create a basic multi payment form.

Give it a try and let us know if this works for you.

    Hi.. Thanks for responding.

The way I have it setup is - The payment form which is embedded has details which need to be submitted along with the Main form. So I do need 2 separate forms in the end.

Just wanted to know if there is a way for me to Trigger the Main Form Submit button to be visible only after the embedded form has been submitted

    Thanks

    Hi Gautam,

I understand that you'd like to hide the Submit button and only display it once the payment has been completed. To achieve this, you'll need to set up a Show/Hide condition on your form. Let me guide you through the steps:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.

    3. Next, click on +Add Condition and select Show/Hide Field condition.

    4. Now, copy the condition set up shown below:

Hi.. I followed the steps. The button is hidden but not does not show once the Iframe Embed form is filled and submitted. This is the link with the Conditions added - https://form.jotform.com/251452745566463

    Hi Gautam,

I've made some tests to my cloned and sample form, but it appears that the condition doesn't work with the iFrame Embed widget. Since the embedded form is a different link, the system doesn't read it as being filled on the main form.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
