Hello, My staff often need to make changes and this is difficult when I am overseas. Is it possible for the number to be generated to office email that they can access?

    thank you

    Hi Annette,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Currently, Jotform's authentication code cannot be removed or redirected to another email. The authentication code appears when logging in from multiple devices or locations to ensure account security. Only one login session is allowed at a time on standard plans.

For your staff to make changes while you are overseas, consider sharing access by inviting them to collaborate on your forms or sharing the form inbox with appropriate permissions. This way, they can manage submissions and edits without needing your login credentials.

Let us know if you need help setting up collaboration or sharing options.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Annette,

To invite someone to collaborate on your form, follow these steps:

    1. In Form Builder, click the Add Collaborators button at the top.
    2. Click Copy Link in the popup panel.
    3. Share this link with your staff via email or messaging.

They can then access and edit the form simultaneously without needing your login.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Do I need to do this with every form and can I do an overall collaborate to give them access.

    Hi Annette,

Collaboration must be set up for each form individually; there is no overall access for multiple forms at once. However, you can share your form inbox with your team to manage submissions collectively.

If you need multi-user account access, consider upgrading to Jotform Enterprise, which supports multiple users with full control.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Annette,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add the users as collaborators to allow them to make changes on your forms, and this should be done on your forms one by one to generate the link. Let me show you how:

    1. On the top-right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
    2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and then just share that link with your teammates.
