ACH Bank Transfer Not working

    I've connected ACH in my form, but it will not allow those completing the form to enter banking information, only their names.


    Please help.

    I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    I removed the ACH portion, because it wouldn't work for my clients. I can
    add it back for you to test.

    As you can see, I was able to submit the form without any issue. Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    You chose Credit Card instead of ACH. Please try changing to ACH

    Hi mvbandbazaar,

    I tested your form by choosing the ACH option on the Square Integration widget to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    As you can see, it allows me to choose a bank and log in using my payment account to process a payment. If you can't see the pop-up window, can you try using a different browser or device to test your form?
