So confused on which document I should be downloading, can you please just help me save the template that is most accurate to our form that includes all fields, and delete the one that that do not match?

As a fellow Jotform user, you can save the template that is most accurate to your form and includes all fields, use the Field Manager integration to merge or copy fields from one form to another if needed. This way, you can ensure your template matches your form exactly.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Go to the Field Manager integration at https://fieldmanager.jotform.io/ and click Open Integration.
2. Allow access for Field Manager to your forms.
3. Select the form that you want to use as the base (the most accurate one).
4. Select the other form(s) that you want to merge or copy fields from.
5. Choose the fields you want to merge or copy and click the arrow icon to combine them.
6. Open the merged form in Jotform Builder to review and rearrange fields as needed.

Once you have the accurate template, you can delete any other templates or forms that do not match by going to your My Forms page, selecting the forms you want to remove, and choosing the Delete option.
