The Weekly Appointment Planner doesn't display corectly

    Good Afternoon,

    Our department is preparing to reuse a form that we used last summer (2024). However, our "Weekly Appointment Planner" widget keeps displaying "The connection was reset" when viewing the form. It also no longer shows us the Appointment Times we've input into the widget when attempting to edit the form.     Hi USA_Housing,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form, but I was not able to replicate the issue. Here's how I see your form in edit mode:

    I've cleared the form cache on our end to refresh the form. If the issue persists on your end, log out from your account, and then clear the form cache. It's necessary that you log out to make sure that any saved cache related to Jotform will be wiped out and start your browser fresh.

    Thank you for your quick response. I tested the form on my home network, and I also was unable to replicate the issue. However, the issue still persists on the University network. I have cleared the form cache, but this did not remedy the issue. Do you believe this could be a network issue with the institution, rather than an issue with the form?

    Hi USA_Housing,

    Can you try to access the form using a different browser or via Incognito window using your University Network? If the issue persists, can share a screenshot of the console error logs taken while using the University network, that would help us check if there's an issue. This guide will help you get a report from most common browsers.

    May we also know the browser used when they try to access the form so we can try to replicate the issue and isolate if it's a browser issue.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Kris Ann,

    I've accessed the form in incognito mode, but it brought no resolution. I was able to refresh the page and get the widget information to appear once, but this was not reproduceable. I've attached a screenshot of the listed "Issues", as well as the "Console" menu. This has been primarily accessed in Chrome, but I also tried in Edge.

    Hi USA_Housing,

    Base on the screenshot, it seems like the Weekly Appointment Planner is being blocked, that's why it does not load properly. Reach out with the IT department of your University and let them check on the security setting that restricts access to Jotform's servers of firewall.

    Are there any particular security settings or a Jotform webpage that outlines security settings that we can direct our IT department to?
