    Hi Sarah,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Currently, the report builder does not support adding external links directly within the reports. However, you can share your visual reports via a link or embed them elsewhere. For including downloadable content like PDFs, you can add a PDF download link in email notifications using the {pdf-link} tag.

Let us know if you need more details on sharing or embedding reports.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Sarah,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To add and external link in Report Builder, you can use the Text element. Let me show you how:

    1. In Report Builder, click on the Add Element on the upper left side of the screen

    2. Under the Basic Elements tab, scroll down to the Text element, and click on it to add it to your report.

    3. Click on the Text element, and type in the text, or you can copy/paste text. You can use the add/edit link tool to add a link to the text.

That's it. There should now be a clickable external link text in the report.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.

Great, thank you! Is there a way to rename the link, like click "HERE"

    Hi Sarah,

As a fellow Jotform user, you can add the link text to display something like "HERE" or any other text you prefer. You should start with Type the text you want to be clickable (this is where you "rename" it or set its display name). Then select that text and use the "Insert/Edit Link" button to assign the actual URL to it.
