Having trouble with setting up payments. I copied a previous form and it maybe causing issues.

Hi Deanna,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and the forms available in them, and can confirm that all of them have Square as their payment gateway and are all connected successfully. I also didn't find any issues with them regarding that part, as far as basic payment setup is concerned.
To make sure we can properly help, can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? What specific issue are you having with setting up payments in your form?
Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
As for the form, you can also share with us the form's link or URL so we can properly check it on our end. It's easy to get a form's link or URL. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the Quick Share menu, the form URL will be shown in the middle of the page, just below Share with Link. Click on the Copy Link button and paste the copied link together with your next reply.
