Good morning. I need to add additional pdfs to an existing form. How can I do that? My form is an e-sign form. Thank you. Marci

Hi calicohomecare,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To add additional PDFs to your existing e-sign form, you can use Jotform Sign, which allows you to upload and manage multiple PDF documents for e-signature collection.
Let me walk you through the process:
- Go to My Forms and click the Create Form button.
- Select Create Signable Document and then choose the Upload Document option.
- Upload your PDFs by dragging and dropping them or selecting them from your device. You can upload multiple PDFs at once and arrange or delete them as needed.
- Click on Create Signable Document to merge the documents and prepare them for signing.
- Then select the Detect Fields button to automatically detect signature fields, or add them manually.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I already did that, but now have additional pages that need to be added. How do I ADD pages to an existing document?

Hi Marci,
Once a Sign Document is created in Jotform, its original PDF becomes fixed and cannot be edited. Currently, Jotform Sign Builder does not support adding new pages or PDFs to an existing signable document. To include additional pages, you'll need to combine the original PDF with the new pages using a PDF editor (e.g., Adobe Acrobat), then re-upload the updated version and rebuild the form.
Alternatively, if you want the additional PDFs to be reviewed (but not signed), consider uploading them as file download links in the email or adding them as attachments to your autoresponder/notification emails instead.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
