I copied a previous form and I am having trouble setting up Square as our payment method.

If you receive any error, could you clarify more? If you see the same error on another browser or device, take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us. This guide will show you how to do that.

This is the error I get when I try to make a payment.

Hi deannapack,
We haven't received the screenshot yet. If you reply by email, it will not be submitted here. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Hi Deanna,
The error you're encountering is most likely due to a connection issue between JotForm and the Square payment integration. This can typically be resolved by refreshing the connection. To do so, simply disconnect the current Square integration and then reconnect it. Here’s how you can do that:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
- Under the Payments tab, click on Square and select Payment Settings.
- In the menu on the right, click on the Gear icon at the top right corner.
- Click on Connected, and then click on Reconnect.
- While in the Square Integration menu, click on Connect.
- In the window that pops-up, sign in to your Square account.
- Once you sign in, click on Continue at the bottom right of the menu.
