    I have submitted this form over five times either someone can give me a call or set up a demo or a zoom meeting or I think I’m going to request a refund because this is unprofessional to just constantly keep sending the same message back in Fort Worth either I can get some answers because I signed up for your package so I can get The functionality to control my team and now you guys are saying I have to go to enterprise but trying to get in contact with someone is continuing to be a hassle and not business friendly

    Now going back to your question, our standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are individual, single-user plans. So, only one login session can exist at a time. If you need an account that allows multiple users, we encourage you to look into upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team, while giving you full control and visibility into each action taken by members of your team, for IT audit purposes. 

    Since you mentioned that you have already submitted the form to contact the Enterprise Sales Team, you will receive an email notification when your request is answered. This system ensures your request is tracked and handled by the right team member.

    Alternatively, you can add collaborators to an existing form for them to be able to edit and view submissions by sharing the collaboration link. Let me show you how:-

    1. On the top-right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
    2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and then just share that link with your teammates.

    The goal that I am trying to achieve is for my sales team to be out in the field, going door-to-door, showing consumers customers and businesses the products that we offer selling it to them being able to input their order and get a signed contract.


    but I want my team to have the functionality to be able to login and see their orders that they submitted and the progress whether the job is installed or not with these functionality to be on mobile devices or tablet if it’s not My understanding collaboration they will have the functionality to be able to edit. I do not want my Reps to edit anything besides I was just want them to just and put the data the name the address what services they want when will they like for it to be installed and if they would like for to continue with the installation to have a contract signed if I can do this without having them sign in with their own use name and password where they can look at a link and see the orders that they submitted and the progress whether it’s just the HTML link and please let me know once again if this cannot be resolved, I would like to ask for a refund because it’s starting to get a little tedious and frustrating with not being able to speak to a live human being or set up a demo

    Hi Nakisha,

    I understand that you want your sales team to be able to submit orders and signed contracts in the field, view their submitted orders and progress on mobile or tablet devices, and have controlled access where they cannot edit submissions. You also want to know if this can be done without each team member having their own login credentials.

    To enable multiple users with individual logins and controlled permissions, Jotform Enterprise is the recommended solution. Enterprise accounts allow you to add multiple team members, assign roles, and control what each user can do, including restricting editing rights.

    With Enterprise, your sales reps can use the Jotform Mobile Forms app to submit orders and contracts while on the go. They can also log in to view their submissions and track progress, such as installation status.

    Since you haven’t heard back from the Enterprise Sales Team even though you filled out the Jotform Enterprise Sales Contact Request. I’ve gone ahead and contacted the Enterprise Sales Team and informed them about this, so someone should be contacting you shortly.

    In the meantime, can you search your entire email inbox for any messages originating from a Jotform.com domain, as the message could have been filed under your spam or junk folders.
