We've tested the Stripe ACH Manual integration. Upon entering the 2 deposit amounts and submitting them, we received a notification "Oop! Could not determine which URL to request: Stripe\Customer instance has invalid ID: <hr>. See attached screenshot.

Hi Select_Forklift,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to your Deposit ACH Payment Form? The error on your screenshot typically occurs during the verification process when the system cannot properly identify the Stripe customer ID. To help resolve this, please ensure the following:
- You have correctly set up the Stripe ACH Manual integration in your form, including connecting your Stripe account properly in the Payment Settings.
- The payment verification process requires your customers to verify their bank accounts using the verification link sent by Jotform via email. If the verification is done directly through your Stripe dashboard instead, Jotform will not be able to process the payment, causing the payment to remain pending and potentially triggering errors like the one you encountered.
- Make sure that the form is not used with Jotform Sign, as Stripe ACH Manual does not work well with it due to disabled edit submission flow, which is required for payment verification.
- Check that the Stripe customer ID is correctly generated and passed during the deposit verification step. Any disruption or misconfiguration in this step can cause the invalid ID error.
Here’s how the Stripe ACH Manual verification process should work:
- The customer submits the form with their bank details.
- Stripe sends two small deposits to the customer’s bank account.
- The customer receives an email from Jotform with a verification link.
- The customer clicks the link and enters the two deposit amounts.
- If the amounts match, the payment is verified and charged, and the status updates to "Succeeded" in both Stripe and Jotform.
If the error persists, please review your Stripe connection and ensure all required settings and webhook endpoints are correctly configured.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
