Auto fill a jotform based off an excel sheet

Good morning,

We have an excel spreadsheet that has every employee number, name, and supervisor on it. Is there a way to integrate excel and jotform together where if an employee is filling out a jotform and they enter their employee number that it will auto fill their name and supervisor in jotform based off what is on the excel sheet?
