Over Quota Error: I'm unable to publish the form I cloned and created.

I work for Highland Hall Waldorf School who has a paid account. They share their account with me (I have a free account) so I can clone forms and then change ownership so they are all in the HHWS account. It is in the name of Cara Lisco.

When I try to publish a new form I just cloned & created, I can't publish it and get an "over quota" message. This is the form:

    https://form.jotform.com/240447143355150

This form has been moved to the HHWS paid account, so there shouldn't be such a message.

In my free account, I do not have any forms that require payment.

    Hi Patricia,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I was able to check your account and found that you have 3 active forms in it. Note that for an account with a Starter (Free) Plan, you can only have a limit of 5 forms. Exceeding that may prompt you to either not create a new one, or receive the Over Quota error when accessing forms live, or even in Preview Mode.

Note that even if you have the capabilities to clone a form from another account to your own, the features and benefits may differ, especially if the originating account has a much higher plan than yours. And to clarify, our standard plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold) only provide bigger storage space the higher the plan.

This is to make sure that the user has more space to store data when getting submissions, or to have more slots to create more forms, among other benefits and features. You can check our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits to know more. And to see the breakdown and differences of the limits a plan can have, you can visit our Pricing page for that.

Can you try creating or cloning a new form again and see how it goes? Before you do, clear your browser's cache and cookies first. You can also use Incognito or a different browser for this. If you also have a different device to test this, try that as well.

I've cleared your Form Caches to refresh the data. You can also do the same on your end. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon, and then click on Settings.

    2. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
