matching free account to subscription account

    We have a free account where there is an active form. Because used all of our form entries, I purchased a subscription but the form from the free account is not appearing in the subscription account. HELP!!!!!!

    It sounds like your form is still under your free account and hasn't transferred to your subscription account. Forms do not automatically move between accounts even after a subscription purchase. To resolve this, you can either transfer the form ownership to your subscription account or continue using the form under the free account while upgrading that account.

I have reviewed the account associated with the email address sac1984communicationspr@gmail.com and currently, there is no form created under it and the account was created on 2025-06-02, which means that it is a new account. Could you provide us the form URL or link of the form so that we can check which account it is associated with?
