I need to send 2 forms that are linked

I need to send 2 forms to about 150 participants, the two forms are linked . The projet is for pink October mais the form is created in June and the responders can answer until end of October . The second form is sent in October and replay are accepted until November. I need to manage easily the people who has not answered.  My project is an NPO : www.lecaracrose.ch Everybody are volunteers.

I need to see the price because if this is too expensive for my NPO, I will need to find another application.

I would like to have a discount for using Jotform as a NPO as mentioned in your website. What is the process ?
