Recently I was told that my jotform didn’t allow anymore uploads, and I didn’t realize I hadn’t cleared my trash. So I cleared my trash and emptied my submissions so that I only had 3. It’s still showing I have over 50mb of space being used. Where?
Also, as soon as I cleared my trash, everything disappeared, saying I have no forms created and the remaining submissions are now nowhere to be found. I am using the mobile app and I’m not sure if that’s the issue but if this continues to give me issues I will have to find an alternative.

Hi Kelly,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I recalculated your upload space usage and it now shows 1.86 MB. If the number did not change after deleting your submissions, you can try clearing your form cache. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.

my form, my settings, my avatar, the ai chat, it’s all gone. And I still
have 5mb being used. I deleted all but 3 submissions and cleared my cache
right before this happened.
