What is the lowest cost plan that you have that is HIPAA Compliant?

Hi there - what is the lowest cost plan that you have that is HIPAA compliant? I need it for low volume. Maybe 100 survey replies per month to start. 

We may scale up significantly later this year but looking for a lean / low cost tool to start that is Hipaa compliant to help share info with our dietitians.
