Allow voice call minutes to roll over if any are left from the previous months. I have noticed there is a lot of lag time while the Ai Agent thinks/looks up information. Spelling emails takes a long time for the agent to understand. Pauses and other things eat up the time.
Our church is using the Ai Agent successfully, but the amount of voice call minutes is still an issue such that most calls are via chat.
In my opinion with the ease of use, you are a head of the curve with implementation. Real world use requires more minutes to be effective.
