New Shopify agent

    Hi guys,


    This is brilliant! but When I chat with the agent and ask for products to be added to the cart, it works in text chat, but it doesn’t add products in voice chat. Is there a setting for this, or is this just how it is?

    Hi Stephen,

    When I tested your AI agent, the same thing happened, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers.
