    Hi

I have deleted previous forms to reduce upload - but the limit is still high.

    Can you help?

    Hi Wendy,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

If your upload space is not reducing after deleting forms, please note that deleted forms are moved to the Trash folder and remain there for 30 days before permanent deletion. To free up your upload space immediately, you need to go to the Trash folder in your My Workspace page and purge the deleted forms manually.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Go to the Trash tab on the bottom-left side of your My Workspace page.
    2. Filter by Forms to see only deleted forms.
    3. Select the forms you want to permanently delete and click on Purge.
    4. Confirm the deletion.

Once purged, your upload space will be reduced accordingly.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hello Wendy,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account, and it shows that you're currently using 61.44 MB of Upload Space. Can you check and make sure that the submissions of your Hampton Festival Stallholder & Exhibitor Feedback Survey form have been completely purged? Let me show you how to fix it:

    1. In your form's table, click on the 3-dot icon beside your table name and select Trashed Entries.
    2. On the menu on the right, select the data you'd like to remove permanently and click on Delete Forever.

This will free up some upload space on your account which should enable your forms again. Keep in mind that permanently deleted submission data can no longer be recovered. Consider keeping a backup of your submission data by downloading them as EXCEL/PDF/CSV or integrating your form with Google Sheets so you'll have a backup of your data in the Cloud. We also have a guide on How to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF that you can check out. You may also consider upgrading to a higher plan on our Pricing website.
