Hi I have set up the https://form.jotform.com/251328334995869
And all the tickets should be at 20 however there are two that are at 18 and 19. Can you please explain how I can fix this?

It looks like your ticket numbers are showing as 18 or 19 instead of starting from 20. You can follow the steps below to check and fix this:
- Go to Jotform Tables, click on Columns, and enable the Submission ID to see the actual IDs.
- If you’re using the Unique ID widget, open the Build tab and check its Current Index setting.
- Make sure the starting number is higher than the last ticket number to avoid overlaps.
- If some submissions were deleted, this could cause gaps in the numbering.
- You can manually update the index to realign your ticket numbers.
Also, please make sure that there is no previous submission to the relevant session.
