I'd like to create a conditional element that pops up when a user answers yes to a question, that will lead them to a link that goes to a website for the information they need. I can't figure out how to make the URL clickable.

    Hi Sarah,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

To make a URL clickable that appears conditionally when a user answers yes, the best way is to use a Paragraph element in your form. Here's how:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder.
    2. Add a Paragraph element where you want the link to appear.
    3. Edit the Paragraph text and highlight the words you want to turn into a clickable link.
    4. Click the link/chain icon to insert your URL and set whether it opens in the same window or a new tab.
    5. Save your changes.

Then, use conditional logic to show this Paragraph element only when the user answers yes to your question.

This way, the link will be clickable and appear only under the condition you set.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
