I use Constant contact to send out registration form notices. I currently have a list of 350 names in total that I email to. Can i send an email using the list?

Hi Michael,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
You can send your form email to multiple recipients, but there are some limits depending on your Jotform account type. Starter (free) accounts can send to only one recipient at a time. Paid accounts can send to up to 10 recipients per email notification template. If you want to send to your full list of 350 contacts, you would need to send multiple emails or use an email marketing service like Constant Contact to distribute the form link.
Here’s how to add multiple recipients if you have a paid account:
- Go to the Settings tab in Form Builder.
- Select Emails and edit your Email Notification.
- Go to the Recipients tab and add up to 10 email addresses.
For privacy, note that all recipients will see each other's email addresses when sent this way.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Michael,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can send your survey form to 200+ recipients using our "Invite by Email" feature. This allows you to upload your recipient list (CSV or manual entry) and customize the email invitation. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:
- Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- Then, click on the Invite By Email to copy the URL.
- Now, click on the Upload CSV File option to send bulk request, and you’re done.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
