Hi Jotform Support Team,
I hope you're doing well. I’m reaching out to request that you please remove our email address from the bounce list again. Unfortunately, this issue keeps recurring, and I find myself needing to email your team about it every month or so.
Is there a way to permanently resolve this issue or prevent our email from repeatedly being added to the bounce list? We rely on Jotform for critical communication, so a long-term solution would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time and support!

Hi Alyssa,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked and currently, your email alyssaj@rehabathomecare.com is not in our bounce list. To prevent your email from being added to the bounce list, we recommend setting up your SMTP as your sender email. This way, notifications will be sent from your SMTP server instead of Jotform’s. Let me walk you through setting it up:
1. Go to the Settings page while logged in to your Jotform account and click on Add Sender Email in the Sender Emails section.
2. In the window that opens, select your Email provider and click on the Continue button. I used Custom SMTP in this example.
3. Enter your email provider's details, click on Send Test Email to check if it’s set up correctly, and then click on Save.
You can also Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains to prevent important emails from being marked as spam or blocked. For more information about custom SMTP, check out our guide on How to Set up SMTP for a Form.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hello, it is not my email but my office's email admissions@rehabathomecare.com. Can you review this please?

Hi Alyssa,
I checked the email admissions@rehabathomecare.com, and it is on our bounce list. I went ahead and removed it, so they should be able to receive emails now.
Reason(s) : bounced (host aspmx.l.google.com[192.178.130.26] said: 550-5.7.26 Unauthenticated email from formresponse.com is NOT accepted due to 550-5.7.26 domain's DMARC policy. Please contact the administrator of 550-5.7.26 formresponse.com domain if this was a legitimate mail. To learn 550-5.7.26 about the DMARC initiative, go to 550 5.7.26 https://support.google.com/mail/?p=DmarcRejection d75a77b69052e-494ae43471fsi261431141cf.138 - gsmtp (in reply to end of DATA command))
They can try Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains and adding noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to their contact lists to prevent being added back to the bounce list. You can also check out our guide on How to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.
