Unable to Add Team Member

    Hello! I just paid to have a new tier of service that includes one team member, but I am still unable to invite them. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Jessica,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you are trying to add a team member to your account, note that this feature is only available with our Enterprise plan. Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans do not support team members or sub users, but you can still collaborate by adding form collaborators or sharing your submission tables and inbox.
