We used to be able to see forms in each other's folders. The collaboration options on our current have become much more cumbersome due to changes in your system.

    Hi Cara,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. With recent updates, the collaboration system has changed to improve form management and security. Here is a guide on how to share your form with collaborators. Let me share on collaboration works now in Jotform:

    1. Form Collaboration is available in the Form Builder, allowing multiple team members to work on a form simultaneously via a unique collaboration link. This link expires after 72 hours and can be refreshed to generate a new one.
    2. Collaborators can join with or without a Jotform account, and their activity is visible in the Form Builder, showing who is working on which element.
    3. Sharing access to folders and forms is managed differently in Jotform Enterprise, where you can share folders or individual forms with specific permissions such as viewing submissions or editing forms.

Is your team is using an Enterprise account? If yes, then you'll need to reach out to an Enterprise support by creating a ticket here. We understand this change might feel less straightforward than before, but it is designed to give you better control over who can access and edit your forms and folders.

Let us know if you need any other help.
