Will submissions follow the original QR code or the cloned form?

I created a form in one Jotform account and needed to move it to another account. There is a published QR code that takes you to the form in the account where it was first created (let's call it Account A). If I clone the form and move it to a new Jotform account (let's call it Account B), where will the new responses made through scanning the QR code (a static QR Code) go...account A or account B? Is there anything I can do to make them go to account A?

    Hi Renee,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Since the QR code was generated for the original form in Account A, any submissions made via that QR code will continue to go to Account A, even if the form has been cloned in Account B. Cloning a form creates a separate copy, but it does not change the destination of submissions linked to the original QR code.

To ensure new submissions go to Account A, you can continue using the original form rather than the cloned one. If you need the form in Account B.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
