Authorize.net: Option to only show United Stated in the Country dropdown

I have an invoice payment form and I use Authorize.net widget. However, we only sell our services in the US so I would like to limit the Country dropdown list to only the United States. I found a help link that defined how to do this but was not successful at getting it to work.

I also tried copying the full html source and placing in a form to edit but I did not like the appearance of the form after doing that.

Can you tell me the code to place in the Advanced Designer / CSS on that field in order to limit the list of countries to the United States?

    Thank you,

    Hi Bob,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the Authorize.net payment widget itself does not provide a direct option to limit the country list via CSS or Advanced Designer because the widget operates within its own iframe. This means custom CSS injected into the form or Advanced Designer will not affect the country dropdown inside the Authorize.net widget.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate itAuthorize Screenshot 20

Sorry Deanne but I am not finding your explanation acceptable. I was able to add code successfully that cleared all countries from the drop down list (see attached screen shot). This makes it where there are no countries listed in the Country field of the Authorize.Net form. Now I just need to make it where "United States" is listed and the only one listed. I am confident it can be done within the CSS Helper but need help figuring out how to make that happen.

After some persistence, I was able to accomplish my goal by adding the following to the CSS:
