I've noticed there's been an update to the folder structure, which has resulted in the loss of the folder view we previously used. It would be helpful to discuss alternative workflows that could work for my team moving forward.

Hi Chisomo,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If I understood you correctly, you're pertaining to the update regarding the shared folder structure, right? If yes, you are correct that due to the recent update, the shared folders are no longer visible to the users who has the shared folders.
As a workaround, you can check the Shared with Me folder through the My Workspace page. You should now see a long list of forms in the Shared with Me folder. Here, you can easily filter by asset type, making it easier to find specific shared assets. Let me show you how:
- In My Workspace page, click the Shared with Me folder on the left side of the page.
- From the Forms dropdown next to the Create button on the upper left side of the page, choose the shared asset you're want to access.
Note that the forms inside the shared folders are still accessible on your account, it is just not labeled the same as the owner's folder.
