Hi team,
our Jotform storage has been over the limit since friday. We use Jotform across all departments and our sales team of 200 agents use it everyday, so its safe to say we rely heavily on this account!
We ended up removing almost all forms to open up the storage but its still saying its at capacity. How and when does this open back up? We need this to be done ASAP if possible as it puts a huge bottleneck on operations.
PLEASE HELP US!

Hi BLFG_Accounts,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and saw that your Upload Space is still over the limit, and it's currently 100.87 GB/100.00 GB. If you want to free up space, you'll have to permanently delete the data from Jotform Tables and also from the Trash section in the table. You can easily delete your trashed submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:
- In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
- In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
- Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
- Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
