Hello,
I am notified when a client submits the answers to my Jotform, but I want to be notified on when they open it initially. Please can you direct me on how to set this up.
Thanks,
Ioan

Hi Lakhwinder,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Currently, Jotform does not have a feature to notify you when a client opens your form. Notifications are only sent when a form is submitted. You can set up email notifications to alert you immediately after submission, but not on form open.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Lakhwinder,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, we don't have a feature yet that will notify you when a user accesses your form. A notification email is only triggered when the form is submitted.
While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Reach out again if you need any other help.
