Now, coming back to your question, unfortunately, using custom CSS codes are not available when using the cards layout form. Consider using the Classic layout form to use custom CSS codes. Let me show you How to Change Your Form Layout:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Paint roller icon on the right.
2. Next, click on the Layout tab on the right, and select Classic.
   
   

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
