How to remove the AI assistant pop up?

You can disable the AI Form Assistant pop-up by following these steps:

1. Open your form in Form Builder.
2. Click Publish on the top orange bar.
3. On the left panel, select the AI Form Assistant tab.
4. Under Form Assistant Status, choose Disable from the drop-down menu.

Are you referring to the AI assistant as shown in the screenshot below?

If yes, you can click the X button at the top right part of the chat box.  Currently, there isn't a direct way to disable Podo as it is part of the support chat experience.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
