Hello. I cloned a form from 2024 and created a new form for 2025. The form is fine and allowing new 2025 registrations but if I copy/paste the URL the title that shows up says ONLINE REGISTRATION is CLOSED. I think it's somehow a carry over from what I cloned but I can't figure out where it is coming from. I've checked that the form is ENABLED and I have CLEARED THE CACHE.

    Hi Amy,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

It seems the "FORM IS CLOSED" title you see is likely the page title carried over from the cloned form. To fix this, you need to update the page title in your form settings:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder.
    2. Go to Settings at the top.
    3. Select Show More Options.
    4. Scroll down to Page Title and enter your preferred title.

After updating, save your form and clear your form cache again to ensure changes take effect.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
