Hi Dave,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can send a notification email with the uploaded file attached to it to your recipients by enabling the Send File Uploads as Attachments feature on the Notification Email settings. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Click on Add Email on the upper part of the page.4. Click on Notification Email on the list.
5. Click on the Advanced tab on the upper part of the page, and toggle on the switch for Send File Uploads as Attachments on the upper part of the page.
6. Click on the Recipients tab on the upper part of the page.
7. In Recipient Email, enter your recipients email address.
8. Click on Save on the lower part of the page.As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
