I want to know my free available space of 10GB

    Dear Jot Form,

    My forms are disable now I want to make free space for submission but few month before i have cleared my data.Now a ready to clear my data all also submissions. Kindly support me

    Your forms are disabled likely because your submission storage or upload space limit has been reached. To check your current usage, click on your avatar in the upper-right corner and go to Account Usage.

    To free up space, you can delete submissions in Jotform Tables by moving them to Trash and then permanently deleting them from the Trash to free up upload space.

    Here’s how to clear submission data:

    1. Open Jotform Tables and select the entries you want to delete.
    2. Move them to Trash by selecting Delete and confirming Move to Trash.
    3. Go to Trashed entries and select Delete Forever to permanently remove them and free up space.

    Once you clear the space, your forms should be enabled again.

    Hi meccbr,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account, and you're nowhere near yet reaching your account's upload space limit of 10GB, your current usage is only at 2.96GB. Or did recently just free up some space by deleting submissions that have uploads? I've gone ahead and cleared your form cache, in case they are still not showing as active.
