we recently signed up for this Jotform account for multiple employees. Our admin (my boss) has shared forms and tables that are not viewable for me. We are having a hard time logging in/understanding usernames and passwords and it is delaying the progress of our projects and overall business. can someone assist in getting us on track ?

Hi Requested,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. To clarify, in our standard Jotform plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, Gold), each account is designed for a single user with one login credential. It can't be used by multiple employees at the same time. Sharing login information is not recommended and is against our Terms of Use for security reasons.
Regarding forms and tables that were shared with you, they should appear on the Assigned to Me section of your workspace. To make things easier to navigate, the Shared with Me view now includes filters by asset type, so you can quickly find the specific items that were shared with you. Check out the screenshot below to see what I mean:
You can also check out our guide on How to View Forms and Other Shared Assets in Your Workspace to learn more about it.
As for the login issues, each user has their own Jotform account and credentials. If you forgot your password, you can assign a new one by requesting a password reset. We've got a guide here to show you how to do that.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
