The ability to create form template with information that can be filled in by us, or the customer. Dynamically add sections to the form depending on the information that needs to be collected. Forward to an authorized employee for signature and then electronically forward to the customer for e-signature. File a copy of the completed agreement as a PDF on a shared and local drive

    Dear Roger,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform offers a flexible solution for creating form templates that can be filled out by either you or the customer. We actually have several features that can help you to streamline your process even further. I've briefly noted them here for you to take a look at:

    1. Creating a Form Template: you can design a form with pre-filled information or leave fields open for customer input. We also have a lot of available form templates that you can use here.
    2. Show or Hide Fields Conditionally: use Conditional Logic to show or hide sections based on user responses, ensuring the form adapts to the information being collected.
    3. Jotform Sign: use this to send the form to an authorized employee for approval before electronically forwarding it to the customer for e-signature.
    4. Saving as PDF: you can enable PDF Attachments in the form’s email settings to automatically generate and send a PDF copy of the completed agreement.
    5. Shared & Local Drive Storage: Integrate with cloud services like Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive to store signed agreements automatically.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
