I can help you with that! To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
- Go to Billing and select Change Plan.
- Select the Starter (Free) plan, then follow the instructions on your screen.
After canceling, your account will remain in the Bronze, Silver, or Gold plan for the period you paid for until the next billing date. Afterward, your account will automatically downgrade to the Starter (Free) plan and no longer be billed.

To close the free plan, you can follow the steps I previously provided. You can find the Change Plan button in the Billing section. Would you like a refund for the unused time?

Hi Michael,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and it is only tied to a Starter (Free) Account. If you are referring to canceling the account itself, you can Delete Your Account, but that'll also delete all of your forms and data. If you're sure you want to go ahead with that, let me show you how to do it:
1. On your Account Settings, scroll down and click on Delete My Account.
2. Now, in the pop-up warning window, click on Yes, Delete.
3. Then, enter your account password and click on Verify. That's it.
